The design concept we proposed for SPACES Diegem was the industrial style with modern equipment. The team harnessed an original palette of harmonized colors including yellow, blue and grey. Located in the Diegem area close by the international airport of Brussels. The centre occupies 4 floors of an innovative building. The area is home to the headquarters of several prestigious organizations and many large corporates. D&P was requested to renovate the 4 floors of building. to offers 2038 sqm of fully equipped private and shared workspaces as well as entertainment and relaxing areas. We used three elements that together form the base, providing continuity throughout the entire space: concrete floor, oak wood build-in, yellow and blue with grey tones fabrics. The co-working space was naturally divided without using free-standing walls to maximize natural light through the place. Then, when there is little (or no) attic space to hide the ductwork, one apparent option is to embrace it. Leaving ductwork exposed makes a rather interesting ceiling. It feels very industrial and makes the place seem airy, overall. In addition to the interior design, D&P team used pendant and tube lighting from. It is also a safe bet to utilize simple and flexible furniture as a series of solid tables Rugusa. Lastly. the decor items from Skandium, Muji. All in all, Spaces Diegem boasts an industry-standard design that is sure to deliver visitors just what they need in a coworking space. city hall
