Situated in the booming Zhongshan District, Spaces Hung Sheng is connected to MRT Nanjing Fuxing subway station, while the closest bus station – Nanjing and Longjiang intersection is 100m away. To make full use of such an advantageous location, D&P were requested to turn the 2413 sqm into Taipei's number one choice of coworking office.

After thorough consideration, our architect team and Spaces decided to lean toward a contemporary. industrial design with light-filled open areas and highly consistent interiors. This allows us to have optimal use of the provided space to serve each and every need of the company.

However, being roomy alone just isn’t enough. The design team must create an atmosphere that is a joy to be in. Hence, we tailored interior features with warm color palette in mind. making wood a dominant material, and every choice of decoration plays a great role in forming the area’s vibe.

For working spaces and soft sitting area, engineered wood floor is chosen to set the overall warm tone. And in order to make a more balanced impression. Certain areas like the community room and the soft sitting area use the somewhat cool poured resin floor. Then, the two are divided by a wooden bookcase, which also serves as an ideal storage and display solution.

Notably, the design include a lovely bar made from local materials to elevate the calm mood. Also, an elegant staircase is used. to connect the business club to the reserved working space on 1st floor instead of a lifeless elevator. In a nutshell, visitors of Space Hung Sheng can expect a cozy yet professional working place.

After thorough consideration, our architect team and Spaces decided to lean toward a contemporary industrial design with light-filled open areas and highly consistent interiors. Most furniture has wooden elements or resembles wood strongly. At the same time, we utilize the glossiness of some furniture to counter the matte wood finish, ensuring that the room is bright enough whether in natural or electric lighting. Additionally, we give the soft sitting room a special touch by using bamboo pendant lighting instead of the conventional ones. The slight Asian touch makes the room a sweet escape from all the stress. Notably, the design include a lovely bar made from local materials to elevate the calm mood. Also, an elegant staircase is used to connect the business club to the reserved working space on 1st floor instead of a lifeless elevator. In a nutshell, visitors of Space Hung Sheng can expect a cozy yet professional working place.
