Located at the harbour of Wellington – New Zealand, Regus HP Tower - Featherston Street is recognised as one of Wellington's prime office towers and is the only office space in the city that has a world class hotel integrated within the complex. The buildings waterfront location and unique shaped building design maximises the close-up views of the sparkling harbour and the inner city central business district. FVA designed the 15th floor of the building to offer 997 sqm to fully equipped private and shared workspaces as well as entertainment and relaxing areas. The design of these spaces is modern and light-filled, featuring glass walls to maximize habour views. The focal point of attention is brick panels to create the new atmosphere of office space in Wellington. It is an eye-catching way to decorate an office, help dramatically change the look and feel of the space. The primary materials of this palette are taken from strong and elegant such as brick panels on feature walls at Boardroom, Meeting room and Business café / Document center and laminate on the Reception desk/ Backdrop. And all of common areas are connected by rubber floor through all the corridors in dark color and rough finishes.
