Resided in the Haussmann building, Regus Bassano is one of the first Regus office in Paris and no doubt has a blessed location surrounded by many conveniences. D&P Associates had the chance to present our take on the renovation of the beautiful but aged building.

The office was sure to enjoy successful business thanks to its wonderful surrounding. However, renovating it was no easy task. The Haussmann building was supposed to target guests with above average income, and meant to be private. For this reason, there was no signage.

The basement of the building used to house the meeting booth and technical area. In our renovation plan, we moved the meeting booth upstairs so they can gain more natural light as well as being more accessible. The new purpose for the basement is a cozy, lovely cafe.

We used a color palette of shades of white, nude, and black with gold accent. And so furnitures are picked accordingly and we opt for an elegant, clean look. Charming lighting from Giapato & Coombes imbue the space with a soothing atmosphere.

As for finishes and material, we would like to utilize modern materials such as marbles for flooring in some areas, brass on accessories and decorations, and leather in the cafe area.

All in all, we are not being bold or experimenting a lot in this take. With the objectives clear in mind, we strive for a beautiful office with everything it needs to be high-end.
